El Millonario is on nine matches unbeaten in all competitions, having won six and drawn three. At home, they have won the last three games consecutively. On Wednesday’ they will play behind closed doors following incidents in the Copa Libertadores 2018 final.
Meanwhile, Palestino were unlucky to lose 1-0 as hosts against Internacional from Brazil at Universidad Catolica after conceding with only seven minutes to go. On Saturday, they thrashed bottom-placed Universidad Concepcion 4-1 at home (with their best XI) to stop a two-game losing streak in all competitions reach six points in four rounds of league action in Chile. Palestino managed a single victory in regular time in their last 15 away matches, along with eight draws and six losses.
River Plate should be too strong for Palestino and should claim an easy win.
